Our Swiss Chocolate Meringue Cookies are a bundle of crunchy goodness. The fudge flavor formed into a bite sized cookie will leave your mouth watering for more!


  • 1 package NutriWise Swiss Chocolate Shake/Pudding
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Prepare baking sheet by spraying with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Beat egg whites until dry and stiff.
  4. Add shake mix and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly, without over mixing.
  5. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
