Our Swiss Chocolate Meringue Cookies are a bundle of crunchy goodness. The fudge flavor formed into a bite sized cookie will leave your mouth watering for more!
Ingredients
- 1 package NutriWise Swiss Chocolate Shake/Pudding
 - 3 egg whites
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
 - Prepare baking sheet by spraying with no-stick cooking spray.
 - Beat egg whites until dry and stiff.
 - Add shake mix and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly, without over mixing.
 - Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet.
 - Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
