NutriWise will issue a refund of the purchase price on any unopened, unused products postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are available on consumable products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Partial boxes, individual meals, and opened, unsealed supplements are exempt from refunds and credits. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products.

Exchanges of Products
If you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from NutriWise, you may exchange it for another product of the same value. Your exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it and you are responsible for all shipping related charges. To qualify for an exchange, returned product must be returned unopened, undamaged and new condition. All packets or units must be present for each individual box that is returned.

If you refuse your shipment, $15 will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to us. Policies are subject to change.
