This veggie dip pairs great with tortilla chips, flatbreads, or other veggies. Each bite is not only refreshingly tasty, but also healthy! 

Ingredients

    • 1 package NutriWise Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    • 1 scallion, minced
    • Dash of garlic powder

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Serve with assorted vegetables
