Riceless Rice Pudding

Rice pudding is great, but have you ever wanted Riceless Rice Pudding, because then you should try out this recipe. With 18 grams of protein this dessert is yummy and will keep you satisfied. 

Ingredients

  • 2 packages NutriWise French Vanilla Shake/Pudding
  • 4 NutriWise Almond Chip Biscotti, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 1½ cups water
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 packets diet sweetener
  • 2 tsp. margarine

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Bake in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cool in refrigerator.
