Broccoli Mushroom Dip

A classic snacking essential enjoyed by people all over the world, we've reimagined a traditional dip to fit your dietary needs. This recipe livens up hearty broccoli with a creamy base of our delicious chicken and vegetable cream soup. A delicious dip of low calories, and abundant taste, you simply sit back and pair with your choice of raw vegetable (we recommend celery).

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped, cooked broccoli
  • 2 oz 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper dash
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, soup mix and spices in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on medium until smooth.
  3. If too stiff, add water 1 tbsp at a time to desired consistency.
  4. Serve with celery sticks.
