Ingredients

  • 1 package NutriWise French Vanilla Shake/Pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds.
