For a Shake:

1. Empty contents of one packet into a large glass. 

2. Add 1 cup (8 ounces) of cold water.

For a Pudding:

2. Add 4 ounces of cold water.

3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing.
