Insulated Packaging w/ Ice Pack

Insulated Shipping Containers are used to help prevent chocolate and caramel products from melting while in transit for delivery. The Insulated Shipping comes with an insulated cooler box and an ice pack.

Insulated shipping may affect how quickly you receive your order. We do not want your order to sit on a truck or in a hot warehouse over the weekend, so we may hold your order until the following Monday to avoid this. To guarantee that you receive your insulated shipment the same week, please place your order over the weekend.

If your order contained bars with coatings that have been in the heat - unpack carton contents, and without touching or handling the individual bars, place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition. They may suffer some cosmetic changes but they will still be delicious.
