When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time during the week will ship the same day from Miami, Florida. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

What delivery method is used?

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail Service

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes. Orders of $69 or more that are shipped within the continental U.S. receive free, same-day shipping!

Is next day delivery available?

Yes, we offer Next Day or 2nd Day shipping for an additional charge. Please contact us before you order for expedited shipping rates.

*Please understand that expedited shipping options (such as 3 day select shipping) are shipped via UPS and transit times are calculated by business days only. For example: if you were to place an order on a Friday and pay for 3 day shipping, the package will not arrive until Wednesday because UPS does not operate on weekends.

Delivery of Order

How can I be sure my food will arrive on time?

Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Entering a wrong shipping address at checkout can causes delays in receiving your order. Verify your address is correct at checkout to ensure you receive your order fast and problem-free.

Does the food ever melt during shipping?

During warmer months, there is the possibility that some products may soften or melt during transit. We promptly ship all orders from our location, but unfortunately we have no control over our shipping companies’ delivery conditions.

How can I protect my shipment from melting?

You should avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor’s home. To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.

What should I do if I receive food that has melted?

A simple solution is to place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour, minimizing the handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste, although appearance may be slightly altered.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Please contact us to see if we can ship to your country. If you need help on your international order, or information on more shipping options, please call our customer service team at 1-800-915-5122.

Are there different prices for international customers?

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

How is international shipping cost calculated?

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. NutriWise’s prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

Are there international shipping terms I should be aware of?

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Nutriwise for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Does my country place any special terms on international shipping?

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.


Please understand that we try to take every precaution we can to ensure that your items arrive in the best possible condition.

*All insulated boxes will not be shipped out of our warehouse until Monday if the order is placed on a Thursday evening or a Friday.

*Any order placed on a Thursday evening or a Friday with more than one item that’s prone to melting will be held in our warehouse until Monday.

We keep our warehouse at a cool temperature that keeps products in their original form; there is a strong possibility the items will melt if left to sit in a UPS or USPS warehouse over the weekend. We thank you for understanding. If you have any issues with this, we suggest placing your order earlier in the week or leaving us a comment at checkout to ship your package on Friday regardless.
