At NutriWise, we ALWAYS make our customers health and well-being our top priority. While the ongoing pandemic has been challenging, we are taking all of the necessary steps to make sure that you receive your products on time and in a completely safe manner. We unfortunately have been dealing with product shortages due to production delays from our manufacturers. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

What safety precautions are place for Covid-19?

We are assuring that our manufacturing and shipping partners are taking all CDC procedures seriously, with extra steps in place to make sure that food items like NutriWise arrive safely and deliciously. Please see the CDC’s site for the most up-to-date recommendations.

Can the virus that causes COVID-19 be spread through food?

In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from food products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures. Please see the CDC’s list of FAQs for more information.

Shipping

Are orders still shipping out?

Orders are still shipping out. Most deliveries are arriving within 2-3 business days. Our current inventory and ship times will continue to be updated on our website.

Will orders continue to ship out over the coming months?

We’re optimistic that we’ll be able to continue shipping, however, it’s possible we could need to temporarily shut down fulfillment if conditions change.

Are subscription still auto-shipping?

Subscriptions are still auto-shipping and we are prioritizing inventory to our subscribers.
